Adolescent Outpatient Treatment
The Adolescent Outpatient Treatment program is a 12 to 24 week treatment program consisting of evaluation and assessment, bi-weekly group sessions, individual counseling, parent education and weekly family groups. Clients are guided through self-diagnosis, alcohol and other drug education, understanding triggers and cravings, stress reduction, relationship and friendship issues, and spirituality in a supportive and compassionate context. Testing for the absence of substances is done on a weekly basis. (top of page)
Adult Outpatient Treatment
The Adult Outpatient Treatment program is compromised of both individual and group counseling along with individually tailored treatment planning. This program includes an Assessment, Evaluation, Intake, Treatment Plan and an Exit Plan. Programs last for three, six, or twelve months and all require drug testing and involvement in a 12-step Program. (top of page)
Marriage and Family Therapy
Solutions and support for teens, adults, couples, and families, dealing with communication, anger, and life change issues. Our two staff MFT’s perform marriage and family counseling as well as diagnosing and treating co-occurring disorders. As with our other services, there are group sessions as well as individual and family sessions available. (top of page)
Substance Abuse Assessments
Screening for substance abuse and/or substance dependency is the process by which a trained counselor determines whether or not there is a high probability that a client has a substance abuse issue. The process is completely confidential. Should the client wish to share the results with a third party, a written consent form must be signed by the client. For both adolescent and adult assessments, no information can be shared with any other party, including spouses, without the explicit permission of the client. (top of page)
Anger Management
The In Control Anger management Program consists of twelve sessions focusing on teaching adolescents to understand and manage their behavior. The subject of long-term research, this program has been found to help students with emotional and behavioral problems to reduce incidents of angry acting out. Through the use of cognitive-behavioral strategies, the exercises assist in the development of adaptive pro-social behavior. (top of page)
Drug Testing
We provide on-site urine analysis dip test for up to 12 comonly abused substances and alcohol tests up to 80 hours after use. (top of page)
